The Potential Ultimate Good of Squid Game, so far.
Squid Game is a Korean television series on Netflix created by Hwang Dong-hyuk. Currently, there are no heroes fit the title of Ultimate Good, other than the potential candidate, the titlular protagonist himself, Seong Gi-hun.
Plot[]
Squid Game is a series where people who are in massive debt play a deadly version of classic children's games, with the winner gaining 45.6 billion South Korean won. The suspense grows as many people die attempting to win the prize.
Potential Candidate for the Ultimate Good[]
Seong Gi-hun[]

Seong Gi-hun (Korean: 성기훈), also referred to as Player 456, is the main protagonist of the series. He is a divorced and indebted chauffeur, a former assembly worker, and an addicted gambler.
He is easily the most admirable and defensive character, as he launches a rebellion against the people behind the Squid Game with his supporters, all without any external aid or large-scale resources. He also has the most influence (as of now) since his guidance and leadership helped prevent much more deaths in the first game.
However, the show is still ongoing with a third and final season remaining, so he has yet to gain that status.
Close Contenders for the Ultimate Good[]
Cho Sang-woo[]

Gi-hun's closest friend since childhood and a failed broker, Cho Sang-woo is one of the most influential characters of Season 1, not only saving and protecting his team multiple times, but also sacrificing himself so that Gi-hun can win with the money, ultimately being responsible for all of Gi-hun’s heroic acts in S2.
However, come Season 2, he lacks the resources compared to Jun-ho and Gi-hun, not to mention that he has too many corrupting qualities that make him a Villainous Benchmark in the process.
