Scrooge McDuck is the main protagonist of Disney Channel's 2017 DuckTales TV series. He was a former retired adventurer known as "The Richest Duck of the World" before meeting the Triplets, indirectly causing him to end up an adventure again due to their thrill of adventure.
He was voiced by David Tennant.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- Is one of the most admirable characters due to taking on many adventures that would involve threats such as Bradford Buzzard whom attempts to destroy all of the DuckTales adventures, Magica De Spell, who causes a shadow apocalypse that steals the shadows of everyone all across Duckburg, and General Lunaris, who attempted to destroy Earth. Scrooge plays a crucial role in stopping all of them, in addition of being responsible of the Duck Family's admirability.
- Is one of the most influential characters due to being the indirect cause of having Della sent to space for a decade, which would cause him being separated with Donald Duck and the Triplets for the same decade since then, this would even cause bigger conflict by Season 1 as Dewey are looking for clues to find Della, until eventually finding out that Scrooge McDuck caused her disappearance.
- Is one of the most powerful due to having great wealth and owns an entire company full of dangerous weapons and even death machines such as the Doomsday Ray, he also go through many adventures that have powerful treasure such as the Papyrus of Binding which is not only a Reality Warping artifact but also would do anything as you ask for and it will become a reality, making it potentially the most powerful artifact of the series.
- Is incredibly intelligent due to his experience on adventures, where he is capable of knowing the adventures he counters and figure out a way to escape and get the treasure and was capable of making strategies such as where he was able to make a strategy that would stop all three of his opponents at once.
- Despite being incredibly greedy, arrogant, and reckless, Scrooge more than makes up for these corrupting factors through his admirable actions.
