Saint Nicholas (born as Nick) better known as Santa Claus is the deuteragonist of the Christmas Chronicles duology.
He's a co-ruler of the North Pole as well as the elves' boss and leader.
He's portrayed by Kurt Russell.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- He's easily the most influential character in the franchise, considering he had been a kind-hearted nurturer and gift giver ever since the early 300s AD.
- First, by providing some good coins to a poor father and his daughters to save them from a life of servitude, and then by becoming a bishop who'd go around houses delivering small presents in stockings, and quickly becoming a local hero across his area and eventually the world.
- He saved the elf race --which had been hunted down to centuries to the point where they nearly went extinct-- from the greedy, power-hungry humans, earned their loyalty and gradually earned the moniker of Santa Claus due his selflessness.
- After discovering an abandoned village at the North Pole (with his wife designing numerous shops in said village, which the elves would build) he and his crew would continue his tradition of bring gifts and joy to people -- especially children -- across the globe for over 1,700 years. These rounds of gift deliveries would also bring the people of Earth spirit and remind them of how good they could be. And considering the Dark Ages and various wars occurred due to him failing to make his rounds for certain years, this also means he's pretty much keeping the world stable every year whenever he delivers his presents on Christmas Eve.
- He's incredibly crafty and intelligent as he masterminded most of the first film's events as a means to get the Pierce siblings to be able to bond and to get Teddy to be more caring and starting believing again.
- He also touches Officer Dave Poveda and offers to help him reconnect with his ex-wife, with the latter eventually grateful for Santa's aid.
- He also has tons of resources considering he grew up in a wealthy lifestyle, but he mostly used his wealth to aid other people in need. Not to mention he also has access to various magical artifacts in the present day.
- He's basically unmatched in terms of power levels, due to his numerous magical powers, along side knowing everyone's name, history, whether they've been good or not, and what they desire most, even if it's not physical.
