Princess Peach Toadstool is the deuteragonist of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

- Being princess and leader of the Mushroom Kingdom, she has the backing of the entire race of toads.
- She has the most influence of the heroes, training Mario and eventually guiding him to be resourceful enough to defeat Donkey Kong and gaining the Kong Army. Bowser's lust for her is also a major factor of the plot.
- She tricks Bowser into letting his guard down and manages to obtain an Ice Flower, proving that she is cunning.
