The Moon Juju is the overarching protagonist of the Tak and the Power of Juju series. Having gained her power from the three scared moonstones of the Moon Temple, she is considered the most powerful Juju by the Pupanunu Village. She is also the creator of the Great Juju Challenge, an occasion that occurs every 60 years in which four shaman tribes compete to receive her favor and protection.
She is voiced by Tina Illman.

- She is one of the most admirable characters in the franchise, as she is the protector of the Pupanunu Village and steps up to call out the Dark Juju for cheating in the Great Juju Challenge.
- She is the most influential character, as she is the one who chooses Tak as the Mighty Warrior to fulfill the prophecy in defeating Tlaloc on two occasions and helps with Tak and Lok defeating the Dark Juju and the Black Mist tribe to win the Great Juju Challenge by giving them power-ups.
- She is very powerful, as she gains her Juju powers from the Three Magic Moonstones, in which she has gained immortality and control of lunar energy. She is also the host of the Great Juju Challenge, in which she created for 4 tribes of shamans would win her favor and protection for the next 60 years. In this sense, she would protect any tribe from threats once they have her as a powerful ally.
