Plot[]

The series revolves around the titular Henry Stickmin as he attempts bank heists, stealing a priceless relic before eventually finding himself in alliance with the Government (or the Toppats if he chooses to betray their trust). The main focus of each game being that the choices Henry makes lead to different outcomes, including death, lots and lots of death.

Close Contenders for The Ultimate Good[]

Henry Stickmin[]

Henry Stickmin CtM Cyborg

The main protagonist of the series. If he chooses to, Henry can be one of the most admirable and powerful characters in the series, with him playing a core part in the Government being able to take down the Toppats in many of the game's routes, and even in the endings where he isn't allied with the Government, he is still able to take down the Toppats on his own thanks to his near infinite supply of gadgets and reality bending objects he has on hand.

Where Henry falls short however is his consistency as a hero. As while he is able to redeem himself in several of the game's routes, he is also able to become a full-scale villain in others, to the point where is able commit some of the most heinous deeds in the entire series. Meaning that he ultimately lacks the noble traits required to qualify.

Charlies Calvin[]

Charles Calvin CtM

One of the main characters in the series as well as one of its most admirable and noble. Being a high ranking member of the Government, he often plays crucial roles in the takedown of the Toppats, directly assisting Henry in many of his missions, with him even sacrificing his own life in order to take down the Toppats in Valiant Heroes. He's also one of the few characters in the series who aren't in anyway villainous and has consistency shown himself to be a kindhearted character.

However, where Charlies falls short is in power and competency. As due to working under the Government, he is automatically under Hubert due to all of his resources being provided by him. And while it's not his intention most of the time, Charles' tendency to trip over his own feet often causes others to get hurt and even killed, such as in the fails where he uses his "greatest plan" and winds up killing Henry despite him being on his side.

Ellie Rose[]

Ellie Rose CtM

One of Henry's closest allies if he chooses to help her in Fleeing the Complex. Depending on the route you go on, Ellie can become a necessary asset to Henry's success, being the one to save him from Dmitri Johannes Petrov, allowing the two of them to ally with Charles and the Government in order to take down the Toppats. She has alos shown to possess Henry's reality bending abilities, making her one of the strongest characters in the series.

Where Ellie falls short however is that, like her optional partner-in-crime, she is On & Off, as while she can become a hero and help take down the Toppats, she can also become a full-scale villain, with her even having the choice to become a Toppat in multiple routes, making her too inconsistent for the title.

Center for Chaos Containment[]

CCC Logo

The mysterous corporation responsible for many of the events of the series. First appearing in Stealing the Diamond, they often play a crucial part in many of the missions in the Henry Stickmin series, with them even being the one who set the entire series into motion as seen in the "Multiversal Correction" ending where one of its employees Ellias Bahtchin sending a package back in time, which would end up being the very box that would allow Henry to escape prison. They also have some of the highest resources in the series, having access to utilities that can outright freeze time and destroy the planet if they so wish.

Where the Center for Chaos Containment falls short however is in overall admirablity and nobility. As while they are responsible for Henry's escape from prison, meaning they are partially responsible for his acts afterwards, including his heroic deeds, this is far too indirect to pass the standards. Outside of that, many of their acts are outright villainous and end up causing more problems than they are solving, meaning they lack the noble traits to qualify.
