Donald Duck is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Bentina Beakley) of Disney's 2017 reboot of DuckTales. He serves as a major protagonist in all 3 seasons.
He is the nephew of Scrooge McDuck, the brother of Della Duck, and the uncle of Huey Duck, Louie Duck and Dewey Duck.
He was voiced by Tony Anselmo.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- He is easily one of the most admirable characters on the show, as he helps the McDuck family on many adventures, as well as playing crucial roles in defeating people like Magica DeSpell, General Lunaris and Branford Buzzard.
- He always is there to protect his family (mostly his nephews) from dangerous enemies like The Beagle Boys, Flintheart Glomgold, General Lunaris, and many other villains.
- Despite being portrayed as a dimwit or weakling, Donald is actually one of the smartest and strongest characters in the show, as whenever his family is in danger he always manages to use his strength to help them.
- Despite having to compare to the likes of Della Duck and Scrooge McDuck, neither cancels each other out as they have similar power, influence, and admirability.
- Unlike his original counterpart, he would subvert all of his numerous corrupting qualities and become a better person.
